NovNew Investment
MAS Precision invests in new Nakamura-Tome WT-150II. To support the Companies expansion plans and keep abreast of technology, MAS have taken the plunge and invested in a new Nakamura WT 150 II. The new machine has a bar capacity of 65mm diameter and compliments our existing STAR Sliding-Head lathes and our high-speed Wickman multi-spindles.

SepNew Apprentice
As part of our strategic plan, we are supporting an apprenticeship program to ensure that our skill levels are maintained. Ben, joined us in Sept and is studying mechanical engineering at college. When not at college, he is actively involved within the business and currently learning CAD Design and CNC Programming.

Mar4th Axis now fitted to our Haas VF4
We have recently purchased a fully integrated Rotary Table to compliment our Haas Vertical Machining Centre. This now gives us 4th axis machining capability, enabling us to produce complex forms, shapes etc.

FebNew Hydraulic Crimping Machine
Our recent purchase is a 100T Hydraulic Crimping machine which enables us to “swage” parts together. These parts are widely used in the hydraulic, gas and water industries.

JanNew Bending Machine
MAS have now purchased their own hydraulic bending machine to add “another string to their bow” With this new equipment, we are now able to offer a tube/bar manipulation service.
