Using its energy saving initiatives MAS have purchased a small spinner to centrifugally spin the cutting oil of the parts that it manufactures.

Apart from the added benefits that we can re-claim the cutting oil.  The biggest benefit is that the washing solution in our washing plant becomes less contaminated.  This has helped prolong the use of our detergent and eliminates the weekly change of solution.  Calculations predicate that this investment will provide annual savings of 8% on our energy usage and eliminate 2T of CO2e.
