The MecWash Cleaning machine also uses special purpose-made baskets. Some of these include polypropylene compartments, which allow delicate components to be washed individually, eliminating damage completely.
With this equipment, MAS will machine from bar, tube, billet, forging or stamping in most metals, including 316 stainless steel from 3mm to 200mm. Typical batch quantities range from 100 to 100,000 p.a.
