Specialising in Wickman machines, Darren has a wealth of experience in maintaining, setting and operating Wickman machinery. With over 25 years working in the industry with the majority in a hands-on manufacturing environment, Darren brings a valuable skill set to the team with years of accumulated knowledge.

After joining MaS Precision for a new challenge, Darren will be sharing his knowledge with upcoming apprentices to protect the skill set of operating Wickman machinery – a rarity which is becoming of the industry. We are aiming to begin training in September and will be seeking the assistance of North Warwickshire colleges in finding enthusiastic apprentices who are eager to learn, while Darren offers on-the-job assistance and on-site training in our dedicated training room.

With a background in precision grinding, Reece brings a young flair to the team with an enthusiastic and determined approach to his work. Working directly alongside our Works Director Steve Smith, Reece is eager to develop his skills in CNC programming – and with the help of specialist training provided by Star GB, he hopes to become our main programmer in years to come.
